This service is available for those who are looking to increase their fitness with the help of a health professional. Incorporating regular fitness assessments and nutritional advice, you will be guided, supported and motivated towards your target in a fun and safe manner. Each session will be varied and specifically designed to move you closer to your goal, each building on the previous one to ensure you are constantly challenged both physically and mentally!

Whether you are aiming for a particular event e.g. running the race for life, or you want to maintain your strength/fitness to continue your activities of daily living e.g. walking up and down the stairs or carrying the shopping, your progress and/or achievements will only be restricted by you! With the combination of a wide range of equipment, training methods, your efforts and your trainer’s imagination, the possibilities are endless! Our step-by-step approach allows you to make the necessary changes to your lifestyle within a time frame suitable to you, without the need for diets or turning your lifestyle upside down! This also allows the changes you make to become permanent, while developing a more positive outlook on issues such as weight, food and exercise.

Personal Training sessions will last 1 hour, take place in your home or place of work and all equipment will be brought to you.
