I’d always been relatively active when I was
growing up but when I started teaching full time I
found it really difficult to ‘fit’ exercise
in. I needed to kick start myself, so I decided to
look into hiring a personal trainer.
Once I started looking into it I found Sarah on the
nrpt website.
From our very first meeting Sarah was really motivating
and straightforward. Our sessions were varied, interesting,
and definitely hard work. They also fitted in around
my unfortunately busy schedule.
Sarah is always encouraging me to increase the amount
of exercise I do outside the training. She’s
introduced me to opportunities to get back into the
martial arts and swimming that I used to enjoy so
much when I was younger. Now it’s just up to
me to make sure I stick to them.

When I was presented with my birthday gift of 10
sessions with Sarah I must admit my feelings were
mixed but 4 months on have made all the difference
for me. I never knew working so hard to get in shape
could be so much fun and that is all to do with Sarah’s
